Housing Adaptation Grant for People with a Disability Limerick
This grant aims to financially assist people with disabilities in making necessary changes to their homes to better suit their needs.

- Equipment Prescription (if applicable): The OT may also recommend assistive devices or equipment to further support the person's needs.
Builder's Role:
- Consultation: The builder should consult with the OT and the applicant to understand the specific needs and recommendations outlined in the OT's report.
- Accurate Quoting: The builder should provide accurate and detailed quotes for the proposed adaptations, ensuring they meet the grant requirements and standards.
- Compliance with Regulations: The builder must ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to building regulations and any relevant disability access guidelines.
- Communication: The builder should maintain open communication with the OT and the applicant throughout the project, addressing any concerns or changes that may arise.
